Adorned in a stoned-embellished halter-neck short dress, complemented with feathery wings and a crown, the self-proclaimed “Queen of Highlights” set social media abuzz with her extravagant attire, leaving many curious about the designer behind the creation.
As it turns out, the artistic hands of Nigerian stylist, Makililo Nelson, known by the brand name ‘MaklinScout,” were responsible for crafting the eye-catching outfit.
