Evicted BBNaija All Stars housemate Seyi Awolowo in a new video that surfaced online breaks in tears as he apologizes for his misogynistic comment while on the show.
Recall on Sunday, Seyi Awolowo, a medical doctor cum actor was evicted from the show alongside Ike, Prince, and Lucy.
While on the show Seyi Awolowo was condemned for his misogynistic statement where he said that he would encourage his sons to “run train” on people’s daughters. According to dictionary.com, “to run train (or run a train) refers to when multiple men have sex with a woman one after the other, with or without consent.”
This comment was widely condemned by viewers and social media users, who have accused Seyi of promoting rape culture and objectifying women.
Seyi has also spoken of his desire to “slap” fellow housemate Ilebaye and by extension, Viewers called for him to be disqualified from the show.
However, Seyi Awolowo during his post-eviction interview with BBNaija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu tenders public apology to all and sundry.
Moment later, the reality star breaks into tears and is given a handkerchief to wipe his tears up.
