As Nigeria Police began an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the death of Afrobeat singer Mohbad, the nurse who was treating him has been arrested.
This comes after the NPF sought a two-week investigation into the death of the 27-year-old ex-Marlian Music signee.
According to claim by renowned actress Iyabo Ojo, the police have detained the nurse who was hired to treat the singer before he died.
She also encouraged Nigerians to grant the police the two weeks they had requested for the inquiry, noting that certain people had been summoned for questioning.
It is worth noting that Mohbad reportedly fell ill following an alleged playful fight with a friend after which the nurse was invited to treat him, leading to his untimely demise.
